This policy explains how Bila Cosmetology (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We are the data controller for this information. Information we collect

• Online bookings — when you book online, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), the treatment, date and time you choose, and any note you add. This is stored securely in our booking system hosted by Cloudflare and is used only to manage your appointment. If you provide an email address, we may send you a confirmation by email (delivered by our email provider, Resend).
• Messages you send us — when you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number and the content of your messages.
• Consultation and treatment records — if you book a treatment, we collect the information needed to provide it safely, including your medical history, consent forms and, with your consent, clinical photographs. Health information is special category data and is handled with particular care.
• Website use — this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries, arrange and confirm appointments, and contact you about your booking (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
• To assess suitability for, and provide, treatment safely (contract; and for health data, the provision of health care or your explicit consent).
• To meet our legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Third parties

WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / Meta, which processes messages under its own privacy policy. If you choose to load the interactive map, Google may collect information under its privacy policy. Fonts on this website are provided by Google Fonts. We may share information with our insurers, professional advisers or regulators where required.

How long we keep information

Enquiry messages and online booking details are kept only for as long as needed to manage your appointment and our business records. Treatment records are kept for as long as required by our insurers and professional guidance, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your information, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Age

Our treatments are only available to people aged 18 and over.
